Founded in 1985 as the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary, the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (JCRED) is committed to publishing rigorous legal scholarship and hosting forward-looking symposia that engage with issues of social, racial, and economic justice. The Journal publishes four issues annually and welcomes submissions from scholars, practitioners, and students on a broad spectrum of topics related to equity, civil rights, and economic development.
